Big boy Grady had such a rough start in life. He and 4 other cats that are here at the lounge were rescued from a terrible hoarding situation in the west of Virginia. None of them were fixed and all 5 cats have the chonky cheeks that Tom Cats have when they are neutered when they are older (it’s all testosterone).

Out of all the Big Boys, Grady is the most outgoing. From the minute he got to the lounge, he followed us wherever we went. The first day that Grady was in the main lounge when our guests were there, someone asked if we had a cat that liked to snuggle. We tried Grady and he immediately laid down and wrapped his front legs around our guest! He LIVES to snuggle.

We think Grady will do best as a single cat. He does great with older kids but we don’t know yet how he will do with younger kids. Because he is very self-confident, we think that with proper introduction, he will do well with a dog too. This gorgeous, grey, Hunk O’ Love is a great family cat!
